Am I violating the deed of trust of occupancy if I refi my primary residence and future home within 1 year? - deed of trust occupancy 1 year

I lived in my house for 10 years. We want to move to a better school district in one year. Can I refi my current house and our future home as a principal residence. We are concerned about violating the law.

    Nothing illegal about this assumption that the bank that you can do.

    No bank allows you to refinance two properties in a loan.
