Knee cap replacement, is there an age limitation? - replacement volleyball net
I am 38 and have patella femoral syndrome. I had courtizone Durolane, physiotherapy, orthotics, all pre-op, then a "margin", a physiotherapist, and inject a new corset. My knee is still swollen (5 months post-surgery) and painful, I may say every day, so never kneel or squat at any time. I moved my limits. I can not walk or sit for over an hour wihtout pain. I have a small child and the desire to work actively with it. To that I ask a potential candidate for knee or knee replacement? I need some help. I'm not on the weight and active to enjoy volleyball and skating.
